Who is GSH Development?GSH Development is a local company created through the integration of local firms that specialize in upscale homebuilding and real estate development: Wexford Development (a subsidiary of WexTrust Capital) and HJH Homes.

What are the price ranges for the homes at The Hamptons?Currently, The Abbeys, our condominium-style residences, are available starting in the $300's. The Villas, our townhomes, are priced from the upper $600's. Please consult with one of our sales consultants for more information.

How many homes will be available? The Hamptons of Hinsdale consists of 93 condominium-style homes in four buildings and 26 townhomes in six buildings.

When will pre-sales start? We are currently accepting orders from new homebuyers. We suggest that you visit our sales center located at 5836 S. Washington, in downtown Hinsdale. Our sales center hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and we can be reached by phone at 630-654-0200.

Is there a way I can view the floorplans of your models online? Of course. Specific floorplans of our condominium-style residences, The Abbeys, and our townhomes, The Villas, are available online in the Our Homes section. You'll be able to experience interactive floorplans featuring model layouts, room dimensions, available options and important features.

How do I get directions to your sales center? What hours are you open? Our sales center is located at 5836 South Washington Street, in Hinsdale. Custom driving directions, as well as a specially-coded link to Yahoo Maps that allows you to access specific driving instructions from any starting point, can be found on our Directions/Hours page. Both The Abbeys and The Villas at The Hamptons come with a long and detailed list of included luxury features and amenities.
